About the "Real Finance" Seminar

The "Real Finance": A Consumer Advocate Approach to Real Estate & Mortgages" seminar is a consumer-advocate based approach to buying, selling & refinancing real estate. It is designed to provide the knowledge & tools needed for counseling consumers to make educated decisions when buying & selling estate. The target audience is real estate and mortgage professionals and their affiliates. This seminar is the official seminar for the Residential Finance Specialist (RFS™) Designation.

Patricia Boyd in conjunction with the Residential Financing Council and its President, Charles Dahlheimer has developed the RFS™ Designation.

RFS™ designees are members of the Residential Financing Council. The RFS designation signifies competence and experience in the area of real estate finance.

The RFS™ designation is obtained by completing Real Finance: A Consumer Advocate Approach to Real Estate & Mortgages seminar, completing homework assignments and passing the examination. The RFS™ designation provides the tools, knowledge and confidence that are essential to a long-term successful career.

 

 

 

Accountability:

Designees will be held accountable through telephone and written surveys to customers and through the Suggestions & Comments section of the RFS™ website. They will also be kept up-to-date on the latest information that benefits consumers through the monthly newsletter Financing Trends & Strategies, the RFC members only website and annual conventions.
